The Best “Light” Dinner
Tonight I decided to make something “light” to eat for dinner, however I am extremely full. Thought I’d share what I ate just in case you really aren’t in the mood to cook, but want to eat healthier than McDonald’s. I tell you what, it was awesome!
So to create a yummy, lightweight (for me) dinner you make the following:
- Turkey and Roast Beef Sandwich (with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing)
- One large orange
- One Yoplait Yogurt (Mixed Berry, Raspberry, or Harvest Peach)
- Five Celery Halves
- One String Cheese
Yum. Makes me wanna eat it all over again, heh. You can mix it up a bit, as this is my own “light” snack. If anyone else has any light snacks, let me know!
